Conductive Silicone Adhesives
Conductive silicone adhesives are one component, room temperature curing adhesives that are flexible and conformable to suit applications where two dissimilar materials are required to be bonded, and electrically connected, with a reduced chance of the adhesive bond line cracking. For example the bonding of a polycarbonate or glass window into a metal bezel. The conductive silicone adhesive would securely fix the window in place, but be able to flex and bend, expand and contract while maintaining a secure bond and electrically conductive seal.
Our flexible conductive silicone adhesives are also very resistant to vibration, shock and extremes of temperature (thermal shock) whilst providing a high level of environmental sealing.
Our conductive adhesive remains flexible and conductive in environments where temperatures range from -55°C to 160°C without degradation of physical or electrical properties.
Our conductive silicone adhesives are available with Silver Aluminium, Silver Copper and Nickel Graphite fillers to best suit your application and reduce galvanic corrosion.

To specify the type and size of conductive silicone adhesive required, please use the material code plus the container size as a suffix. For example for a 10cc syringe of Nickel Graphite material, the part number would be “CA-NC-10”
These materials are available in 10cc, 30cc, 55cc, 70cc, 170cc and 310cc cartridges
